Purchasing
For your protection all orders are transacted using Protx. We've chosen to use Protex because it is one of the most secure online credit and debit card transaction systems available supporting all the most common credit and debit cards.
Shipping And Handling
Deliveries within the U.K. will be via our chosen courier or by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will be charged at rate advertised on each item. Any orders exceeding £100 will be FREE carriage. Subject to availability orders within the U.K. will be shipped within 3-5 working days.
Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait and if payment has been made a full refund will be made.

Availability
All goods offered are subject to availability and Holme Valley Sports, Outdoors & Country Wear reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice. Occasionally we will sell out of an item of stock and may receive orders before we can update the website. If you order an item that is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You can request to see and check your information we have at anytime by emailing us. If any details are incorrect we will delete them or amend them. All information is kept within the EEA (European Economic Area).
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. Only the data provided by you during the ordering process is collated (name, address, credit card details). This information is solely used for the process and dispatch of your purchased goods.
‘Cookies’ are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. The cookies are stored on your computer as a text file. Returns Policy
Cancelling your order. You have the right to cancel your order up to 7-days after you receive the goods. This period starts the following day after receiving the goods. We ask you to return the goods in their original condition with all labels etc still attached and securely wrapped. You must also pay the postage for returning the goods. You will be refunded the cost of the goods and the initial cost of shipping the goods to you (assuming that the value of the goods did not exceed the £100 carriage paid value), in the same method as the original payment was made. If payment of the goods is not made it will be deducted from the value of the refund. If the goods are not returned after cancellation, they will be collected at your expense. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty goods – all goods sent out are checked before dispatch. If you find goods to be faulty, we would ask you to first contact us for advice and then return the goods for inspection. When returning goods please include a note with your name and address along with the reason for return and any requests or comments. Wrap the parcel securely and return to the address below. We suggest using Royal Mail Recorded delivery to send the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit to us.
If a refund is made, it will be done by the same method you used to pay the original transaction. Any faulty goods will need to be inspected by the manufacturer before we take any action.

Your statutory rights are not affected
